While the title of this page is “About-Us,” it, and this site, is really not about me, but About You. I’m here to help you with your transaction and capital raise.
After helping several friends and neighbors navigate everything from financings to structuring and completing acquisitions, I realized that my 30 years as a lender, investor and principal in leveraged buyouts has positioned me as a unique resource. And from its genesis of providing a single private placement memorandum template, TransCapital Pro has grown to offer over a dozen different products, and in the process has helped hundreds of entrepreneurs, business owners and real estate investors and sponsors.
