How much does it cost?

PPM Drafting Services are offered at $200 per hour, with a minimum purchase of two (2) hours – each two (2) hour block of time is a “Time Block.”

So how much time will it take?

To paraphrase Chili Palmer’s line from Be Cool, “No more than I have to, if that.”

I recently wrote a PPM for a client that had the skeleton of a business plan, and poorly written at that. It took approximately 15 hours to structure the deal (he wanted to issue what was in effect a zero coupon bond), rewrite the term sheet to reflect the deal, research and add risks specific to the business for the risk section, research the industry and competition, rewrite management bios, and build the forecast model (balance sheet and statement of cash flows) from an income statement.

How does it work?

First you will need to purchase a Debt Private Placement template or Equity Private Placement template from TransCapital Pro.

Next, I will need a copy of your business plan. If you don’t have one, you will need answer the questions in the PPM template to help me understand your business, your business model and objectives for the capital you are seeking to raise. These answers can be in simple bullet points. we can also schedule a call to have a more interactive session.

It is also helpful if you set priorities for me for what you want me to focus on first – term sheet, financial D&A, industry discussion, etc.

After each drafting session I will send you an accounting of my time and a draft of the PPM, after which you can decide to either purchase more time, or run with it from there.
